Trim Levels of the 2024 RAM 2500

1. Tradesman

The Tradesman is the very definition of work. It’s brilliantly simple, built for those who need a truck that’ll show up every day, rain or sunshine, and get things done. Under the hood, it packs a 6.4-liter V8 Hemi that delivers 410 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. Upgrade to the more powerful Cummins 6.7-liter diesel engine if you want to tow heavier loads.

But just because it’s a work truck doesn’t mean it skimps on the good stuff. You’ll still get all the amenities you expect from a modern pickup, including comfortable seating, a spacious cabin, well-thought-out tech offerings, climate control, and safety features. 

2. Big Horn

Want a reliable daily driver? The Big Horn trim is the answer. It upgrades the Tradesman with numerous standard and optional features designed to make your time in the cabin more pleasant. These extras include but are not limited to active noise cancellation for a quiet ride, optional heated front seats to wade off the cold, and power exterior mirrors for enhanced visibility.

3. Laramie

Think of the Laramie as the trim that grabs all the optional features of the Big Horn, such as heated front seats, a bigger screen, smartphone compatibility, and 9 Alpine speakers, and throws them all in as standard. In addition, you get leather seats, a nicer dash, and more tech options when fully loaded.

4. Rebel

The Rebel model is an off-road monster straight out of the box. It comes with a trail-ready suspension, tow hooks, rear locks, and beefy all-terrain tires. It’s the trim to get if you need a comfortable, big-body truck that can chew through mud, rocks, and anything else.

5. Power Wagon

Like the Rebel, the Power Wagon is built to dominate the off-road scene. However, the latter is slightly more capable as it has front and rear locks, a factory-installed winch, and a sway bar disconnect, which allows the suspension to flex more on those steep inclines and other gnarly trails.

6. Limited Longhorn

Fan of country-inspired styling? Go for the Limited Longhorn. It features real wood inserts, brown leather seats, and other rustic touches.

7. Limited

The top-of-the-line Limited trim is a luxury truck through and through. It’s got quilted leather seats, a great-looking blue/white interior, rear cooled seats, intricate stitching, a head-up display, an optional 17-speaker Harman Kardon Premium sound system, and all the tech offerings you could want.
